Hot tub closed

The hot tub on the 17th floor is closed permanently.

Communications

This is early in the development stage so please excuse the first draft so to speak. The Blog and a web site to be established are intended to make Portofino the best in town and for concerned owners and occupants to communicate with each other.

Planting areas

The planting area south of units 101 & 102 at the rear of the west end of the building has now been planned for additional parking. The developer plans on 13 additional visitor parking spaces.

Underground Garage

The garage floor was cleaned recently. Looks so much better and saves so much dirt and grim from entering the building. Hope we can to this annually or at least every other year. Could use some maintenance on the light bulbs and fixtures.

The basement

The Ceramic tiles in the basement look great. Could still use some patch and fininsh on the walls. Step at a time.
