As an individual looking to purchase a luxury condo unit; if you and your board are going to start introducing ad hoc locked down areas including the outdoor patios, user fees for the lounges, advance booking of free space, and additional parking fees for visitor spaces (because of insufficient owner spots) - I suggest you start advertising the units accordingly. At this time it appears all these amenities COME WITH THE UNIT purchase price. People tell me there are too many rules being made by a small exclusive group of men...and helpful hint - time to get rid of that ugly huge sign out front.

I just lease here, but I think the rules are crazy....for instance if you go up there with some friends and you are not allowed a cold beer....how silly is that??? Even the no smoking is crazy...it is, after all, outside. As far as I am concerned, I have written the rooftop out of my mind....waste of time. Anonomous

In response to the remarks on board members. We are looking for good people to run for the board seats. The law says "anyone" may be elected but the odds are best for an Owner of a unit that lives in the building. There could be some controversy from time to time so being a lawyer, a business person or someone that can stand their ground under criticism might also be good. Nominees should be willing to read the Condo Act and by-laws cover to cover.

Thanks for the clean basement floor. This will save lots of wear and tear on the tiles and carpets in common areas. Also clean garage floor will help with air quality throughout the building.

Had a nice card game Thursday at 7;30 in the Games room on the 17th, let's do it again. Can we get a larger table?
